The Lumeah Homes residential aged care facility, co-located with the Snowtown Hospital, is undergoing a significant refurbishment of existing facilities to ensure comfort and safety for residents, their families and staff.
The $3.4 million upgrade is funded via the Government’s $140 million Regional Asset Sustainment Program, which has been established to address the backlog of capital and sustainment works in the State’s regional health and aged care facilities.

The Design Team, led by Hames Sharley Architects, have worked closely with site operators, the Yorke & Northern Local Health Network to develop a personalised design solution in close consultation with residents of Lumeah Homes.
